Bra feeling restrictive?
Bra cups too small!
If so you need to try a bigger cup size...
If the cups of your bra are feeling too snug then you need to increase the cup size until the breasts fit the cup with no bulges at the top or sides of the cups. Do not increase the back size of your bra.
It is especially important during pregnancy and breastfeeding to make sure the bra cups fit, as pressure on the breasts could damage the delicate breast tissue and milk ducts.
Many women have one breast larger than the other breast. This is perfectly normal, you just need to fit your bra to the larger cup. If the difference is significant please contact us and we can discuss with you which styles are most flexible to accommodate breasts of differing sizes.
Some styles may be able to have pockets added by the manufacturer for a breast prosthesis, should you have had a mastectomy or other breast surgery.
